UTAH By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed and to valid existing rights, it is hereby ordered that the following-described public lands in Utah, insofar as title thereto remains in the United States, be, and they are hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry and reserved for flood-control work undertaken by the Department of Agriculture under authority of the Emergency Unemployment Relief Act of March 31, 1933 (ch. 17, 48 Stat. 22): SALT LAKE MERIDIAN T. 7 N., R. 1 W., sec. 5, all. T. 8 N., R. 1 W., sec. 20, all; sec. 30, lots 1 to 4, inclusive, E½W½, W½E½, NE¼SE¼.
