It appearing that the withdrawals in aid of proposed legislation made by Executive Orders of April 15, 1927 (No. 4631), July 7, 1927 (No. 4685), and April 16, 1928 (No. 4857), failed to include certain lands in the townships described below desired for elk refuge purposes, it is hereby ordered, under authority of the act of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (37 Stat. 497), that all of the following described area in the State of Wyoming, not included within the boundaries of National Forests, be, and the same is hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale or entry, subject to prior claims legally initiated and maintained and to the conditions and limitations of said acts: SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN.
