By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Foreign Assistance Act of 1948, approved April 3, 1948, and by section 202 of the Revised Statutes, and as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered, in the interest of the internal management of the Government, as follows: The Secretary of State is hereby authorized and directed to perform the functions of the President under the International Children's Emergency Fund Assistance Act of 1948 and under the Greek-Turkish Assistance Act of 1948 (being Titles II and III of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1948, respectively).
