CANAL ZONE By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 5 of title 2 of the Canal Zone Code, approved June 19, 1934, and as President of the United States, Executive Order No. 2987 of November 4, 1918, placing certain land and water areas in Gatun Lake, Canal Zone, under the control of the Secretary of the Navy for use as a Naval Air Station, is hereby revoked and such land returned to the control and jurisdiction of the Governor of The Panama Canal.
