NEW MEXICO By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered that, subject to valid existing rights, the following-described public lands be, and they are hereby, withdrawn from all forms of appropriation under the public-land laws, including the mining laws, and reserved for the use of the War Department for military purposes: New Mexico Principal Meridian T. 23 S., R. 18 W., secs. 12 and 13, containing 1,280 acres. Executive Order No. 6583 of February 3, 1934, withdrawing public lands to aid the State In making exchange selections, is hereby revoked so far as it affects said sec. 13. It is intended that the lands described herein shall be returned to the administration of the Department of the Interior when they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they are withdrawn.
