NEW MEXICO By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910, c. 421, 36 Stat. 847, Executive Order No. 4901 of June 4, 1928, withdrawing public land for classification and in aid of legislation, is hereby revoked. This order shall become effective on the sixtieth day from the date hereof. FRANKLIN D ROOSEVELT The White House, August 27, 1940.
