SOUTH CAROLINA By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 1 of the Act of August 1, 1914, 38 Stat. 609, 623 (U.S.C. title 19, sec. 2), it is ordered that the limits of the customs port of entry of Charleston, South Carolina (the headquarters port of Customs Collection District Number 16), be, and they are hereby, extended to include all points in Charleston Harbor, and all points on the Ashley and Cooper Rivers and their tributaries within ten miles from the corporate limits of the city of Charleston.
