By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the District of Columbia Alley Dwelling Act, approved June 12, 1934 (48 Stat. 930), the Director of Planning of the National Capital Park and Planning Commission is hereby designated as a member of the Alley Dwelling Authority vice the Executive Officer of the National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Executive Order No. 6868 of October 9, 1934, designating the members of the Alley Dwelling Authority, as amended by Executive Order No. 7784-A of January 5, 1938, is modified accordingly. FRANKLIN D.
