OREGON By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me as President of the United States it is hereby ordered as follows: 1. All private lands acquired or leased by the United States since the issuance of Executive Order No. 7523 of December 21, 1936, establishing the Hart Mountain Antelope Refuge, within the area described in section 2 of that order are hereby included in and made a part of the said refuge. 2. All private lands within the said area hereafter acquired or leased by the United States shall be included in and become a part of the said refuge when so acquired or leased. FRANKLIN D.
