WASHINGTON By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me as President of the United States and in order to effectuate further the purposes of the Migratory Bird Conservation Act (45 Stat. 1222), it is ordered that the following-described lands and accretions thereto, comprising approximately 5,000 acres in Pacific County, Washington, acquired or to be acquired by the United States, be, and they are hereby, reserved and set apart, subject to existing valid rights, for the use of the Department of Agriculture as an addition to the Willapa Harbor Migratory Bird Refuge established by Executive Order No. 7541 of January 22, 1937: Provided , that any private lands within the area described shall become a part of the refuge upon the acquisition of title thereto or lease thereof by the United States: WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN T. 11 N., R. 10 W., Sec. 5, lots 5 and 6, and SW¼ SW¼; Secs. 6 and 7; Sec. 8, lots 2 to 6, inclusive, and NW¼ NW¼; Sec. 17, lots 3, 4, and 5; Secs. 18 and 19; Sec. 20, lots 1 to 5, inclusive, SW¼ NW¼, and W½SW¼; Sec. 29, lots 2, 3, and 4, and NW¼ NW¼; Sec. 30, all.
