MISSOURI By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me as President of the United States, and in order to effectuate further the purposes of the Migratory Bird Conservation Act (45 Stat. 1222), it is ordered that the following-described lands, acquired or to be acquired by the United States, in Holt County, Missouri, consisting of 6,625 acres, more or less, be, and they are hereby, reserved and set apart for the use of the Department of Agriculture, subject to valid existing rights, as a refuge and breeding ground for migratory birds and other wild life: Provided , That any private lands within the areas described shall become a part of the refuge hereby established upon the acquisition of title or lease thereto by the United States: FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN T. 61 N., R. 38 W., sec. 7, S½; sec. 18, W½NE¼, W½, and W½SE¼; sec. 19, W½NE¼ and W½; sec. 30, W½NE¼NE¼, SE¼NE¼NE¼, W½NE¼, NW¼, N½SW¼, and SW¼SW¼. T. 61 N., R. 39 W., sec. 1, W½ south of the Bigelow-Mound City Road; sec. 2, SE¼ south and east of the Bigelow-Mound City Road; sec. 10, NE¼SE¼, W½SE¼ east of the easterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad, and SE¼SE¼; sec. 11, NE¼, NW¼ south of the Bigelow-Mound City Road, and S½; secs. 12 and 13; sec. 14, all, except that part lying southwest of the northeasterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad; sec. 15, E½ north and east of the northeasterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad; sec. 23, all east of the northeasterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad; secs. 24 and 25; sec. 26, all east of the northeasterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad; sec. 35, E½NE¼ east of the northeasterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad; sec. 36, N½ west of Forest City-Mound City Bluff Road, and east of the easterly right-of-way boundary of the Chicago, Burlington, and Quincy Railroad.
