ALASKA By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by section 1 of the act of July 5, 1884 (23 Stat. 103), it is ordered that the four unsurveyed tracts, each known as "Post Cemetery", in the former Forts Davis, Egbert, Gibbon, and St. Michael Military Reservations, Alaska, which tracts have become useless for military purposes, be, and they are hereby, placed under the control of the Secretary of the Interior, for disposition as provided in the said act, or as may be otherwise provided by law.
