CALIFORNIA By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), it is ordered as follows: Section 1. Executive Order No. 6910, of November 26, 1934, temporarily withdrawing all vacant, unreserved, and unappropriated public lands in certain States for classification and other purposes, is hereby revoked as to the following-described tract of public land in California: MOUNT DIABLO MERIDIAN T. 33 N., R. 6 W., sec. 6, S½ lot 6, lot 7; 55.56 acres. Section 2. Subject to valid existing rights, the aforesaid tract of land described in section 1 of this order is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserved for use by the Department of Agriculture as a fire lookout site in connection with the administration of the Trinity National Forest. Section 3. Executive Order No. 6607, of February 20, 1934, temporarily withdrawing certain public lands in California and reserving same for use by the Department of Agriculture as a fire look-out site in connection with the administration of said Trinity National Forest, is hereby revoked. Section 4. Subject to valid existing rights, the following-described tract of public lands in California (being the tract described in Executive Order No. 6607, of February 20, 1934, revoked by section 3 of this order) is hereby temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, or entry, and reserved for classification and for other purposes set out in Executive Order No. 6910, of November 26, 1934: MOUNT DIABLO MERIDIAN T. 33 N., R. 7 W., sec. 12, NE¼; 160 acres.
