By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me under Title I of the National Industrial Recovery Act (48 Stat. 195, U.S.C. Title 15, Section 701) and otherwise, it is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 6877 providing rules and regulations for the administration of paragraph 2, of Section III of the Wool Textile Code is hereby amended to the following extent only: The Wool Textile Work Assignment Board is charged with the responsibility of administering said paragraph 2, of Section III of said Code in accordance with the principles set forth in Executive Order No. 6877 until thirty (30) days after the report of the Wool Textile Work Assignment Board is submitted to the President.
