By virtue of and pursuant to the authority vested in me by the act of June 25, 1910 (ch. 421, 36 Stat. 847), as amended by the act of August 24, 1912 (ch. 369, 37 Stat. 497), and subject to the conditions therein expressed and to valid existing rights, it is ordered that the following-described lands be, and they are hereby, temporarily withdrawn from settlement, location, sale, entry, permit, or lease and reserved for the use of the War Department in connection with the Fort Peck Dam, federal project no. 30, Federal Emergency Administration of Public Works: Montana Principal Meridian T. 30 N., R. 14 E., sec. 21, SW¼SW¼; sec. 28, W½.
