By virtue of the authority vested in me by the act of Congress approved August 1, 1914 (U.S. Code, title 19, sec. 2), Port Everglades, Fla., is hereby designated a customs port of entry in Customs Collection District No. 18 (Florida) with headquarters at Tampa, Fla., effective January 1, 1932. HERBERT HOOVER The White House, December 30, 1931.
