On recommendation of the Department of the Interior, and concurrence of the Civil Service Commission, Schedule A, Section VIII, paragraph 5 (cZ), of the civil service rules, is amended by insertion of the words "and dentists" to read as follows: (d) Physicians and dentists employed in the Indian Service and receiving not more than $1,200 per annum salary, who may lawfully perform their official duties in connection with their private practice, such employment, however, to be subject to the approval of the commission.
