Mrs. Liza B. Moncure may be appointed to a classified position in the Treasury Department without regard to the requirements of the civil service rules. Mrs. Moncure is the widow of Robert K. Moncure, a prohibition agent who met his death while in the performance of his official duties at West Palm Beach, Fla., on January 18, 1930.
