It is hereby ordered that Executive Order No. 4889 of May 26, 1928, withdrawing certain lands in Minnesota for classification and in aid of the legislation proposed in pending S. 3913 and H.R. 12780 of the 70th Congress, be and it is hereby revoked in so far as it affects the following described tract of land, namely Lot 2 Sec. 23, T. 67 N., R. 17 W., 4th P.M., containing 48.75 acres, which is embraced in a prior homestead entry, Cass Lake 014610.
