It is hereby ordered that the following-described public lands in the State of Arizona be withdrawn from settlement, entry, sale or other disposition, and set apart for use in connection with the San Carlos Indian Irrigation Project, such withdrawal being subject to any existing prior rights, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Congress of June 25, 1910 (36 Stat.
