LEVELS IV AND V OF THE EXECUTIVE SCHEDULE By the authority vested in me as President of the United States of America by Section 5317 of Title 5 of the United States Code, and in order to place the position of Counselor on Legislative and Intergovernmental Policy, Department of the Treasury in level IV of the Executive Schedule, Executive Order No. 12076, as amended, is further amended by deleting "Assistant Attorney General, United States Attorneys and Trial Advocacy, Department of Justice." from Section 1-101 (f) and by inserting in lieu thereof "Counselor on Legislative and Intergovernmental Policy, Department of the Treasury.".
