By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and statutes of the United States of America, and as President of the United States of America, Executive Order No. 111'83, as amended, is further amended as follows: SECTION 1. The word "young" is deleted wherever it appears in the preamble and in Section 2(a). SEC. 2. Section 2(b) (2) is amended to read: "(2) Are presently early in their chosen careers and show exceptional promise of future development;". SEC. 3. Section 2(b) (4) is deleted, the word "and" is added at the end of Section 2(b) (3), and Section 2(b)(5) is redesignated as Section 2 (b) (4). SEC. 4.
