Under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1958, and as President of the United States of America, Executive Order No. 10958 of August 14, 1961 is hereby revoked. Nothing in this order shall be deemed to modify or diminish the civil defense and emergency preparedness planning functions assigned to the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare by Executive Order No. 11490 of October 28, 1969, those assigned to the Secretary of Defense by that order and Executive Order No. 10952 of July 20, 1961, or those assigned to the Administrator of General Services by Executive Order Nos. 10952, 11051 of September 27, 1962, 11490, or 11725 of June 27, 1973.
