By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, Executive Order. No. 11278 of May 4, 1966, entitled "Establishing a President's Council and a Committee on Recreation and Natural Beauty", is hereby amended as follows: (1) By inserting in section 101 (a), thereof, after "the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,", the following: "the Secretary of Transportation,". (2) By substituting for "and the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development,", in section 101 (b) thereof, the following: "the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, and the Secretary of Transportation,".
