By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows: SECTION 1. Executive Order No. 10358 of June 9, 1952, as amended by Executive Order No. 11226 of May 27, 1965, entitled "Observance of Holidays by Government Agencies," is hereby further amended (1) by changing section 1 to read as follows: "SECTION 1. (2) by adding a new section 10 as follows: "SEC. 10.
