By virtue of the authority vested in me by the Export Control Act of 1949, as amended, and as President of the United States it is ordered that: Effective July 1, 1962, Executive Order No. 10945 of May 24, 1961, and all delegations, redelegations, rules, regulations, orders, licenses, and other forms of administrative action under said order which were in effect on June 30, 1962, are continued in full force and effect.
