By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 104(e) of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1934, as amended (7 U.S.C. 1704 (e)), and as President of the United States, it is ordered that Executive Order No. 10900 of January 5, 1961, as amended, be, and it is hereby, further amended as follows: (1) By deleting from paragraph (4) of section 4(d) the comma and the text "except to the extent that section 104(e) pertains to the loans referred to in subsection (d) (5) of this section".
