By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows: 1. The President's Council on Youth Fitness shall hereafter be composed of the Secretary of the Interior, who shall be the Chairman of the Council, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Agriculture, the Secretary of Commerce, the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare, and the Housing and Home Finance Administrator. 2.
