By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 4 of the Air Commerce Act of 1926 (44 Stat. 570; 49 U.S.C. 174), it is ordered as follows: 1. The airspace reservation established by Executive Order No. 7138 of August 12, 1935, over that portion of the Aleutian Islands, Alaska, with their territorial waters, lying west of the 167th meridian, west longitude, is hereby terminated. 2. Executive Order No. 7138, which established other airspace reservations in addition to the one described in paragraph 1 hereof, and which was revoked as to such other airspace reservations by Executive Order No. 8961 of December 6, 1941, is hereby revoked in its entirety.
